Oh So Close

I know this isn't ahead of any curve, and in fact AFTER the game, but I want to give props to the Arizona Cardinals. Most pundits weren't giving them much of a chance, but they made the game live up to its name - the SUPER Bowl. So despite a losing effort, the Cards gave the Steelers a much tougher challenge than most (including me) thought they would. Despite being bummed at the loss, I'm happy for the exciting second half and especially Larry Fitzgerald Jr.'s great run. If only the defense would have done something....Anything....ok, they did get a safety, but that was only courtesy of a flagrant Steelers holding call, nothing they did for themselves. Now its back to the drawing board and time to start thinking about the all the curves ahead.
